Project Highlights
Travel Quarantine Help Desk and Service Desk
eWorldES™ developed a help desk and service desk to support travelers and screeners in their use of a travel quarantine screening web and mobile application. Additionally, our help desk and service desk addressed extensive questions about quarantine rules and other executive orders issued by the Hawaii governor for travel to Hawaii. 100% of the calls to the travel quarantine help desk were answered by a virtual agent – a voice bot powered by Google Contact Center Artificial Intelligence (CCAI). The virtual agent operated 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and answered over a million calls. Travelers could obtain information about vaccine and quarantine requirements before or during their travels. Every call and its associated data were recorded in a database powered by ServiceNow. eWorldES™ collaborated with our client partners to generate reports and other data, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
Financial Data Warehouse and Reporting
eWorldES™ developed an enterprise-wide financial data warehouse and operational reporting system that serves over 1,100 financial users across the enterprise. The solution provides financial reporting that supports financial and budget analysis for each department enterprise-wide. The financial reporting portal is 100% self-service and does not require IT intervention. This data reporting application is one of the most widely used systems in the enterprise.
Online Benefits Application Intake
In response to COVID-19, eWorldES™ developed an online benefits application intake portal to replace a 17-page paper application. The online application was up and running within three weeks of the start of the project and, within a month, was able to store supporting documentation in the client’s enterprise content management system. The online application portal includes business logic to aid in entering correct information based on the applicant’s responses. Thousands of applications have been received online, saving time and expediting the decision process. Later in the project, advanced identity screening was enabled to minimize or flag potential fraudulent applications.
Pandemic Benefits for Food
eWorldES™ provided database management, recipient management, payment card issuance data, support desk, return-mail management, and reconciliation for over 100,000 recipients in need during the pandemic. eWorldES™ worked with several agencies to assist in delivering, issuing, and reconciling pandemic benefits to purchase food due to facility closures and inability to access scheduled meals.
